Stylus Scoop Hillcrest Laboratories is a second generation in air-mouse-controlled 6-axis motion, which interacts wirelessly to any PC, Mac or compatible device with a USB HID USB dongle.
This new OEM is a reference design that will be available in the fourth quarter for companies that need a complete off the shelf equipment for their customers. It will replace the pointer circuit and includes many improvements, such as small form factor and lightweight, the new chipset and firmware to reduce costs and improve performance, nine programmable buttons and a scroll wheel, and full of 6-axis to allow better control movement and play. There are two versions of the blade of the pointer, one optimized for TV viewing, and one with a red laser pointer presenter designed as a wireless handheld device. No word on price right now.
